I am Kayla Solace. My older brother, Will, our friends, Nico di Angelo and Percy Jackson, and I arrived at Camp Half-Blood when we were young. We are both children of Apollo. My brother and I have lived in the Apollo cabin for three years of our short lives. This cabin is where we were accepted when our godly parent had claimed us. My bed is the only one that isn't a bunk. It is the one in the back corner where I won't be distracted and I can relax, something a demigod rarely gets to do.

In the three years I've been sat Camp Half-Blood, I've seen everything. Being a daughter of Apollo, I am always wanted to heal wounds and treat illnesses. I'm proud to have the power to heal people, but it has caused campers coming to me to treat a stubbed toe or a loose tooth. Another thing is, demigods getting sent on dangerous quests and never returning. Nobody knows what happens to them. Most of the time, only one of the members of the three go missing. Other times, they all stay missing.

I have never been sent on a quest while some younger campers have been on multiple. I'll admit, I would like to leave the camp. I love it here, but I want to go on an actual adventure.
